This Revolutionary Coaching Method
will uncover your child’s true basketball
potential and shatter all expectations

What steps can you take to create the ideal environment for your child's daily growth and progress?

- This is the closest thing to overnight improvement -

"My child’s coach is not focused enough on his progress.  My child is hardworking and determined, but I don’t have the time or expertise to help him improve further."

Many professional players, like Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, had their own unique training experiences and methods.

However, they also relied on personal coaches who broadened their understanding of the game from different perspectives.

These coaches held onto ONE KEY FACTOR that significantly elevated their players' performance over time.

Without it, these coaches and players wasted COUNTLESS HOURS to improve efficiently.

Yet, not every coach embodies this approach. Many parents feel frustrated when they witness the exact opposite—coaching that seems more focused on shouting than on real improvement.

“The coach always seems to be in a bad mood. Why is my kid is getting shouted from the bench? If only coach’s shouts would pay off...”

The Art Of Shouting

Don’t get me wrong—Shouting is a powerful coaching technique.

But are they applying it correctly?

This is a great example of how poorly developed coaching habits may corrupt many other areas of coaching systems.

Other symptoms of bad coaching may include:

  • Nepotism. The coach's favorite player receives the most attention and playing time in games. The coach often uses this player as an example while disregarding the positive progress of other individual players.

  • Lack of technicality in the overall coaching methods. Many coaches today rely heavily on traditional methods and drills to compensate for their shortcomings in technical skills and delivery.

  • Lack of Standard Diet & Physical Training: This aspect is often nonexistent for the average basketball player. This is primarily because they are not taught the importance of this principle in their daily training sessions.

  • Lack of balanced teams based on age and skill level. This impacts your child’s ambition and ability to apply what they have previously learned.

Unfortunately it's no surprise that your children aren’t progressing in basketball
as quickly as they should.

Probably your coach doesn’t even take into account those basic coaching models and key aspects when modeling his own coaching style.

Many coaching systems stem from models like these:

GROW Model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will): Structures coaching by setting a goal,
understanding the current situation, exploring options, and determining the next steps.

OSCAR Model (Outcome, Situation, Choices, Actions, Review): Focuses on setting clear outcomes, analyzing the situation, exploring choices, taking action, and reviewing progress.

And let’s not forget the Key Aspects Of Coaching:

Goal-Oriented: Always focused on achieving specific results.

Feedback-Driven: Progress depends on regular feedback and adaptation.

Client-Centered: Empowers the individual to take responsibility for their growth.

Developmental: Focuses on both skill and personal development, depending on the context.

You’d be surprised...

How many club coaches ignore all the principles I mentioned above and instead focus on selfish aspects, like being solely motivated by money or driven by their own ego.

Not to mention that…

These coaches often lack humility to address their own shortcomings and learn from them. They need to realize that they, too, make mistakes and can grow from those experiences.

A player-coach relationship thrives when both sides understand the need for growth and adaptation.

IT'S NOT JUST THE PLAYER who should be learning from the overall experiences — even as a coach, you should be learning too.

Not only about the game but also about how to foster a better player-coach relationship.

Yet, they overbook their gyms with 20+ kids, making it impossible to focus on individual improvement.

Your belief that sending your child to a group practice, where the coach’s attention is highly dispersed, will result in the highest quality training for your money,
is an innocent but naive thought.

Those coaches don't care whether a kid leaves practice with more knowledge or less knowledge.

This is why TRADITIONAL COACHING METHODS DON’T WORK anymore or probably never worked in the first place.

You have options and new possibilities!

You don’t have to settle for this anymore.

YOU CAN FIX IT YOURSELF!

Even though you're exhausted after a grueling day at work—starting before sunrise with emails, calls, and unexpected meetings that threw your schedule off track—your mind keeps drifting back to unfinished tasks.

Pulled in different directions by your boss and team, you feel torn between being a good parent and excelling at work.

Striving for balance feels impossible.

Seeing the potential in your children's eyes as they pick up the basketball and head out to train by themselfs, there's a part of you that wishes you could join them for that training session while you're eating dinner and trying to unwind with your favorite series.

Maybe work on their new shooting form, help them improve dribbling, or provide support from the sidelines.

Your passion and burning desire for your child's improvement are unmatched.

You’ve probably thought about a second TRADITIONAL COACHING session, but you realize it lacks the peer-to-peer connection between player and coach — the very connection your child craves for his success.

But what if there was an additional, complementary way to fill that void? You may have considered finding someone who is as dedicated and motivated as you to help guide your child.

Someone who understands the struggles and sacrifices it takes to keep the dream of professional basketball alive.

Someone who would take care of your child like their own, shaping them into someone who knows they can achieve anything, even beyond basketball.

We created "The Flexible Coaching Program" that provides exactly those core principles.

We initially soft-launched this idea in Izvor Park.

Parents have approached us with encouraging words, saying, “You would be quality coaches."

Young athletes have reached out, asking how they can improve further.

It’s no surprise that our methods have resonated—we've empowered them to do better.

We’ve divided this program into individual training sessions to maximize development in a simple yet efficient way.

NO BULLSH*T, just basketball.
